Typographical Errors
In the event that a EZwholesaler Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EZwholesaler Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EZwholesaler Inc.) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, EZwholesaler Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be canceled. To attempt a cancellation please call us immediately 1-800-504-2209. The order should not be considered canceled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee of cancellation once the order is submitted!

Service Refunds in General:
Any claims for service refunds or financial adjustments to your account must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the date such charges were placed on your account.

Product Returns:
IMPORTANT: ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization.

RMA Product Return Process:
Step 1: Formally request an RMA through the "RMA Request" link under the "Help/FAQ" link on the top menu bar. You will need to provide the Invoice or PO#, the quantity of the item you would like to return and the specific reason. Step 2: We will respond to you with an RMA # and instructions or in some cases deny the return based on the criteria as outlined in our return policy. Our response may take up to two business days from the time we receive all require information. For example if your request is submitted before 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday than the next business is Monday, the second business day is Tuesday, we would have until 5pm EST Tuesday to respond and still meet our service level commitment.
Step 3: Simply follow the RMA instructions you will receive. Do not forget to boldly and clearly label the package with the RMA # we issued. Never just return the package or item to the address on the label or to our 58th St North address, your package may be refused at your expense or reshipped to the appropriate location at your expense.

You have 30 days from delivery date to request an RMA, 15 days from RMA issue date to return the product to our warehouse

Return for Refund:
20% Restocking Fee. Refunds are issued in the same payment method, example you used a credit card we will issue the refund to that card.

Return for Exchange:
Send product back with RMA per instructions at your expense and we will ship a replacement at ours.

Return for a Store Credit:

• If an item is not available on an exchange transaction we will issue a store credit or if you choose issue a refund less the restocking fee.
• A store credit will be the only option when requesting a refund for a credit card transaction that has expired, typically that is 60 days from the date of capture. In example, we issue you an RMA, you return the item and for some reason it is beyond the expiration date of the transaction, therefore we can not apply it to the Credit Card, in all such cases we will issue a store credit, no exceptions, we will not issue cash refunds for such a transaction because we are still at risk for a charge back. Store credits expire one-year from date of issue.

Items that CANNOT be Returned:
Tapes, videos, DVD's, CD's and video games may be exchanged only.
Health and Beauty items if opened are non-returnable.
Food products of any type are non-returnable.
RC Planes, Helicopters of any type are non-returnable.
Other items may have special return policies. Such policies will be indicated in the "Fast Facts" section of the product's online listing.

Shipping and Handling:

Destination:
We ship directly to the 48 states at our Standard Rates less any discounts. We May be able to ship to AK,HI,PR,VI and Guam depending on the products order. These orders will ship at a much higher rate and generally require a quote. In addition, they are typically shipped by USPS.

We REQUIRE a Physical Address, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

International destinations. We will ship internationally through a USA freight forwarder/consolidator who can then deliver product to you or your customer. In order for this procedure to work you will need a Forwarder/consolidator.  Here is a recommended provider of that service: Bongo International

All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are NON-Refundable.

Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item that is broken due to shipping damage or some other event prior to its arrival, you MUST make a claim within three (3) Business days. If the claim is made within three business days, the carrier will investigate and determine cause, if they conclude it is shipping damage, either EZwholesaler or the carrier will retrieve the merchandise and exchange it at our expense. In some cases you may be instructed to bring the item with our prepaid return shipping label to the nearest UPS Store or Post Office for drop off. If it is determined not to be shipping damage then our standard policy will apply. This policy is NOT applicable to orders outside the continental United States.

If you are in need of an item immediately, you may elect to have us send the replacement in advance. If this option is elected you will be charged for the entire cost of sending you the replacement in advance, this charge will be refunded once we have received the item being returned.

Returns for International and orders outside of the 48 United States:
You will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping and handling cost including any brokerage fees, taxes, or duties, regardless of reason for return. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please see “Destination:” section for important information.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by EZwholesaler Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

EZwholesaler Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to EZwholesaler Inc..

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of EZwholesaler Inc.products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. EZwholesaler Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. EZwholesaler Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Impersonation of others, including a EZwholesaler Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. We our Performance Based Marketers and work as an extension for the Manufactures we advertise, as a result the pricing we offer should always be the same as the manufacturer wholesale price, if its not we will pay you DOUBLE or 200% of the difference. So you buy an item for $11.00 through us and then you find the manufacture has it listed at 10.00 we will pay you the difference of $1.00 twice for a total of $2.00 per unit purchase in the form of gift certificate, usable on our site against any purchase or purchases regardless of value until your credit is used up.
